Since 1978, he and Richard Jabara have expanded their hotel portfolio to include 25 hotels with more than 4,700 rooms in 12 states. The hotels range in size from 70 rooms to 500 rooms and are operated as boutique properties as well as under licenses from Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton and Holiday Inns.

Keith worked nearly ten years for Ian Schrager Hotels ("ISH"), ultimately serving as General Manager of their flagship New York property, The Royalton Hotel, while also managing their largest New York, The Paramount, directly supervising 700 employees.

Prior to joining HVS, John obtained his operating experience from several hotels located in South Florida and also worked as a regional manager for a major timeshare company. A graduate of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management, John is a certified general real estate appraiser in Florida and is also an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute.

Yoav Gery is the Senior Vice President for Boutique Development at Marriott International, Inc.  He is responsible for the development of the Edition hotels brand worldwide. Mr. Gery began his Marriott career in 1998 in the company’s Law Department.  Between 1998 and 2005, he worked as a lawyer on numerous development transactions in the United States and Europe.  In 2005, he joined the Lodging Development group as Vice President, working on full-service development transactions in the central and southeast regions.  In 2007, when Marriott and Ian Schrager partnered to launch the Edition brand, Mr. Gery took over responsibility for the brand’s global development.
